The mission of the ICISF is to be the leader in providing education, training, consultation, and support services in comprehensive crisis intervention and disaster behavioral health services to emergency responders, and other professions, organizations and communities worldwide.

It is the mission of First H.E.L.P. to reduce mental health stigma through education, advocate for benefits for those suffering from post-traumatic stress, acknowledge the service and sacrifice of first responders we lost to suicide, support families after a suicide and to bring awareness to suicide and mental health issues.First H.E.L.P. prides itself on taking action. Donations to the organization fund support for families that have lost a first responder to suicide, training for agencies seeking to prevent suicide, and work that leads to legislative and policy change across the country.
