Where do I register to attend a conference?On the top of the website click conferences then upcoming conferences. Then click on the learn more button for the conference you are interested in then click register.

Where do I register to become an exhibitor/resource partner or sponsor?On the top of the website click conferences then upcoming conferences. Then click on the learn more button for the conference you are interested in then click on the exhibitor button. At the bottom there is a button that says sponsor. Click that and then the level you would like to sponsor.

Who can register?Anyone can register. Our conferences focus on all current/retired first responders, police, fire, EMS, military/veterans, corrections, dispatchers, chaplains, spouses, professional staff, clinicians, and all who work in public safety. We focus on overall wellness so anyone who attends will find the conference beneficial.

How much does it cost to attend?Currently our two day conferences cost $360 for early bird registration and $400 three weeks prior to the conference date. It includes breakfast and lunch on both days. It also includes appetizers at the networking social after day one.

What is your refund policy?Registration is refundable 30 days prior. Please note If you ask for a refund prior to 30 days before the conference the ClearEvent Service Charge and the Stripe Processing Charge are non-refundable. ClearEvent is our registration platform and this is their policy not ours. The non-refundable processing fee is $20.17. Tickets are transferable without a fee

Who co hosts conferences?Usually 1-2 departments/agencies that are making wellness a priority co host a conference, but in the past we've had wellness organizations/associations co host as well.

Where are you located?We have conferences throughout the United States, but our organization was formed in Washington state.

Are you a non-profit?1st Responder Conferences is registered as an LLC. However, we operate like a non-profit company would. Our main staff is three people, two of which work part-time and the rest our volunteers.
